Irwin Mann Voting & Democracy Virtual Library

Named for the late mathematician, NYU adjunct professor, and passionate advocate of proportional representation, the Irwin Mann Voting & Democracy Collection and Virtual Library was established through gifts from the Menemsha Fund and friends of Irwin Mann. It is comprised of materials related to voting, elections, and electoral reform throughout the world.
