After its initial presentation in 2012, Caribbean: Crossroads of the World traveled to the Pérez Art Museum Miami. The website offers a behind-the-scenes look at this new iteration of the exhibit as well as interviews with selected artists.

Written by C. L. R. James. Presumed lost until the rediscovery of a draft copy in 2005, the play was first performed in 1936 with a cast including the American star Paul Robeson. This marked the first time black professional actors starred on the British stage in a play written by a black playwright.
