EZBorrow is a search tool that you can use to request books not currently available at NYU Libraries. It searches the catalogs of over 50 nearby academic libraries. EZBorrow books arrive within 3-5 days.
Taylor & Francis eBooks is a portal for full-text ebooks in a variety of subjects across the humanities, sciences, and social sciences. Users can download .PDF versions of some books on this platform, and view other books via the FileOpen online viewer.
Bloomsbury Collections delivers online access to scholarly books from Bloomsbury's Academic division. While the titles generally span the humanities and social sciences, the bulk of them are categorized as works of sociology. Bloomsbury Collections includes research publications from Bloomsbury, T&T Clark, The Arden Shakespeare, and Hart Publishing, alongside scholarship from historic imprints Continuum, Berg, and Bristol Classical Press.
Drama Online contains full texts and full-length filmed performances of plays ranging from Aeschylus to the present day, with supplementary material including first night program texts, critical analyses, and images from the Victoria and Albert Museum's archive of production photos. Includes the Core Collection, Critical Studies and Performance Practice, Nick Hern Books Modern Plays, National Theatre Collection, RSC Live Collection, and Aurora Metro Books, among others.
The Intellect Discover platform provides access to electronic journals and books published by Intellect. Intellect is an independent academic publisher focused on teaching and research in the arts, media and creative industries. Major subject areas of focus include: visual arts, performing arts, film and media studies, dance, music, and popular culture.
