RefWorks is a web-based program for organizing research. Users can save citations, import references retrieved from online bibliographic databases, and create bibliographies in a variety of formats. It contains hundreds of books and videos from respected IT publishers such as MIT Press, Microsoft Press, Osborne/McGraw-Hill, Que, Sams, Sybex and Wiley.
