Kristen Dufauchard has been named to the eight-member Learning & Development Committee of the Advisory Board of ADCOLOR, an organization dedicated to celebrating and promoting professionals of color and diversity in the creative industries.

The newly-appointed 2021-2022 ADCOLOR Advisory Board (AAB), the organization said, includes “highly regarded leaders, innovators, and diversity, equity and inclusion experts from a wide range of creative industries, [who] will support the organization in its goal of creating a community of diverse professionals who support and celebrate one another.”

"It is an esteemed honor to be a part of ADCOLOR and its mission to celebrate, support, and develop creatives of color," said Kristen. "Developing this year's ADCOLOR FUTURES programming has focused on empowering the incoming cohort of future leaders with the skills, experience, and community necessary to continue to excel in creative roles. I'm excited to be a part of this movement and to continue to emphasize the importance of diversity and representation."

The primary focus of the AAB is the ADCOLOR FUTURES program to identify and nurture the next generation of leaders in the advertising, marketing, media, and public relations industries. The AAB also oversees the organization's growing list of Community Groups, which includes Asians for ADCOLOR, Black at ADCOLOR, Disability at ADCOLOR, LatinX for ADCOLOR, MENA for ADCOLOR, and Pride at ADCOLOR.
