NYU Sydney is home to a compact but unique on-site library, situated on the ground floor of our Academic Center. Students can access a wide range of Australian-specific resources with new titles being added frequently. The collection includes the required texts for all courses offered at the site as well as a wide range of supplementary materials that have been recommended by our faculty to help our students undertake further research in many different disciplines. We also have a great collection of DVDs showcasing Australian film and television production available for loan. Aside from reference books (which must stay in the building but can be loaned for 2 hours at a time), books and DVDs may be checked out for a 3-day period. Certain required course materials can be loaned for a full semester. Students can search the collection via our online catalog and borrow items using their NYU ID card.
