 Tips:

1. Be patient. International Relations is an interdisciplinary and varied field, you might not be able to find all of the information you're looking for in a single place.
2. Be a smart searcher. Pay attention to the suggested subject headings that pop up in the records of results of when you search. Those subjects can not only help you understand how information is organized in that database but would also help you in discovering similar results by using the same subject heading for your topic.
3. Ask for help. There are a lot of resources out there but you do not have to figure out all the navigation by yourself. As your subject specialist librarian, I am here to guide you in finding appropriate resources for your research in the most efficient way and also to direct you to other librarian experts as appropriate, depending on the scope of your research.

There are Area Studies librarians as well as the History and Politics librarian whom you may also have to contact depending on the scope of your research topic.
