All researchers wishing to use archival collections and researchers unaffiliated with NYU wishing to use the Tamiment Library & Robert F. Wagner Labor Archives must register to use the collections, which entails registering a Special Collections Research Account (SCRA) and showing a valid photo ID when they arrive at Tamiment.

Shannon O'Neill is the Curator for Tamiment-Wagner Collections. Prior to joining NYU she served as the History Librarian and Director of Archives and Special Collections at Barnard College and an archivist at the Los Angeles Public Library and Atlantic City Free Public Library. She holds BA from NYU and an MLIS from UCLA and an MA in Public History from NYU.
