Datasets that the Libraries have acquired and collected for the NYU community to use for their teaching, learning, and reserach.

UltraViolet is part of a suite of repositories at New York University that provide a home for research materials, operated as a partnership of the Division of Libraries and NYU IT's Research and Instruction Technology.

The Faculty Digital Archive (FDA) is a highly visible repository of NYU scholarship, allowing digital works—text, audio, video, data, and more—to be reliably shared and securely stored. Collections may be made freely available worldwide, offered to NYU only, or restricted to a specific group.

The NYU Data Catalog facilitates researchers’ discovery of data by providing a searchable and browsable online collection of datasets. Rather than functioning as a data repository, the catalog is a digital way-finder for researchers looking for datasets relevant to their work. It includes datasets generated by NYU researchers as well as publicly available and licensed datasets that are generated at external organizations, e.g. the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
