Searching in certain disciplines is easier than others. Due to the cross-disciplinary nature of Food Studies, sometimes, searching the content of a specific journal is easier than trying to find a comprehensive Food Studies database. The Association for the Study of Food and Society (ASFS) has compiled a list of journals relevant to Food Studies.
