Whether you’re a new user or a seasoned hand, we are happy to acclimate you to ArchivesSpace, walk you through various tasks, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Training sessions will take place for all interested staff and student workers every semester; you can also request a training session by getting in touch with the Admins Group at email@example.com. We hope that these sessions - in conjunction with the documentation in this guide - will provide you with the skills and information you need to perform your work as it relates to ArchivesSpace.
We’ve set up a separate training instance of ArchivesSpace that you can use to become comfortable with the system and try out different operations without touching any of the real data. The training sandbox is located at: https://aspace-training.nyu-acm.org/
We will provide login information to this sandbox during the account creation and training on-boarding process. If you are unable to log in and have not attended a training session, get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org.
