The resources described below are only accessible to NYU students enrolled in certain classes at the Schack Institute of Real Estate. These resources are not managed by the library, and exceptions for access outside of the Schack classroom settings cannot be granted.

Online database for real estate and quarterly reports across real estate, private equity and debt, hedge funds, and infrastructure. Coverage includes fund size, performance benchmarks, current and historical fundraising statistics, fund manager activity and plans, institutional investors, deals and exits, average transaction size, and service providers. Research reports also available online.
Preqin is only accessible to students while on the NYU VPN, by utilizing a secure link provided by instructors.

Students can access detailed corporate-level financial and property-level data through SNL's web portal and Excel-based platforms.
