How can I collect email addresses for a prize drawing without linking this info to respondent IDs?

The best way to do this is to create two separate surveys. When respondents have finished Survey 1, link them to another survey (Survey 2) where they can enter their contact information. When you review the results for Survey 2, you won't see any of the respondent's answers to Survey 1.

To link Survey 1 to Survey 2:

• create and activate both surveys
• copy Survey 2's URL
• return to Survey 1 and click the Survey Options button in the Edit tab
• choose "Redirect to a URL" and paste Survey 2's URL
