Dear Valued GIS Users, This communication is directed to all users of Esri products, which encompass ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS StoryMaps, ArcGIS Business Analyst, and other offerings from Esri. Patrons who have requested software and licenses from NYU Data Services prior to October 11th, and whose licenses have either expired or are set to expire at the close of October, you should have received an email with a link to download a new license file, which will expire at the end of this current academic year i.e. on August 31, 2024. Should you encounter any difficulties or have questions regarding the activation of your software license, please do not hesitate to contact us by completing this form.
