All submissions will be reviewed by the two curators: Destiny Iheakanwa and Katrina Ramirez. We encourage students to submit any compelling piece that they feel exhibits the theme of “self.”
Curators will be seeking submissions that are compelling, emotionally evocative, and connect back to the theme. The submission should encourage interaction between the viewer, the subject, and the artist.
Curators will be looking for a combination of unique visual composition and written presentation. Submissions should be thought provoking, play to the imagination and should be accompanied with a clear and fitting title and description.
Title and description are well written and clearly communicate the relationship between the subject and image.
