On-Site Databases for Real Estate Research

Library staff will try to make the following resources available to currently enrolled students and faculty via mediated requests:

  • CMBS Database: Captures pricing, key terms, and participants for CMBS issued around the world. 
  • PropertyShark: Database for property reports, sales info, comparable sales, limited listings, for New York City
