Provides financial information and data on alternative asset markets worldwide. NYU's subscription includes private equity and venture capital, private debt, real estate, hedge funds, infrastructure, sustainability/ESG, and Preqin's Insight+ analysis. Other modules are not available at this time.
Users may request large data downloads (that require delivery via a custom Preqin link) via Preqin's live chat. Preqin's private equity and venture capital data is also accessible via WRDS.

PropertyShark report access

PropertyShark is a platform for finding property reports, sales info, comparable sales, and limited listings, for New York City, with additional limited coverage in other US markets.

Library staff are able to facilitate mediated access to reports from PropertyShark for currently enrolled students and faculty upon request. Students should fill out the request form or email midtown.library@nyu.edu with questions.

Please note: due to access limits and substantial demand, students are able to request up to 10 property reports per semester.
