The terms and conditions of the contest are as follows:

The contest will only be held if at least 5 teams enter and at least 5 times submit written proposals.

Submitted proposals will only be considered if they adhere to the contest timeline and meet all contest parameters.

All team members must be current NYU students at the time prizes are awarded. Prizes will be distributed according to NYU policies, which require the completion of the NYU Student Awards & Prizes Form (please note that this form requires either a SSN or ITIN).

Contestants may not impede library services or impact library staffing during the contest or as part of the final presentation.
