Business Insights: Essentials includes company profiles, mergers & acquisitions, ticker symbols, news articles, company histories , financials, balance sheets, and more. NYUAD users need NYU VPN.

SDC (Securities Data Company) Platinum is a collection of financial transaction databases from Thomson Reuters which includes Mergers & Acquisitions, Global New Issues, Corporate Governance, Corporate Restructurings, Venture Capital, and Global Public Finance.
Full SDC Platinum data, which is accessed through LSEG Workspace (formerly Refinitiv Workspace), is available to faculty, PhD students, and administrative staff. To apply for access, it is necessary to have an existing LSEG Workspace account. Additionally, selective models can be accessed through WRDS.
