Brause Library Spring 2023 Hours

SERVICE DESK HOURS
Monday - Thursday: 10am - 5pm
Friday: 10am - 4pm

STUDY SPACE HOURS
Monday - Friday: 8am - 9:30pm
Saturday: 9am - 5:30pm

Please note that Brause is only open when Midtown Center is open. 

Orientations and special events will be happening in the library the week of January 17th - 21st; study space will be unavailable or limited.

Jack Brause Library

The Jack Brause Library for Real Estate is the New York University Libraries outpost in Midtown on Bryant Park, and is co-located with the Schack Institute of Real Estate on the 5th floor of NYU's Midtown Center.

Please have your NYU ID Card and Violet Go pass at the ready to be admitted to the floors of the Salmon Tower that contain NYU's SPS Midtown Center (including the Library on the 5th Floor).

Visitor Access Currently Suspended

Visitor access (including for licensed brokers) is temporarily suspended due to NYU's overarching visitor policies and the coronavirus pandemic. Currently, only individuals who are enrolled at or employed by NYU may access the Brause Library. Thank you for your understanding. You may wish to visit New York Public Library and consult their Real Estate research guide in the interim.
