This 90 minute tutorial covers MAXQDA's advanced features for Mixed Methods analysis from setting variables, using weighted codes, and other features that can help you make the most of your qualitative data. We will cover the basics of mixed methods best practices and preparing your data set to transfer into a quantitative analysis software.

Prerequisites: Attend Digital Tools for QDA or Introduction to MAXQDA before attending this tutorial
Skills Taught / Learning Outcomes:
  • Identify variables in Qualitative Data
  • Create and classify variables in your dataset
  • Perform Basic Mixed-Methods Analysis (i.e. Crosstabulation)
  • Prepare a data set for export to Quantitative software
