This course will introduce users to the use of Packrat, R Markdown, and integrating git with R to enable reproducible research workflows and meet the needs for documenting data.

Prerequisites: |
- Familiarity with RStudio, including how to install and load libraries
- Comfort with writing and editing code in RStudio’s text editor

- Understanding how to set and package versioned R libraries using Packrat to enable reproducible scripts and workflow
