Data Services Class Descriptions

Information, materials, and schedules for all currently offered Data Services classes.
This tutorial provides a basic understanding of using Singularity containers and its usage on the HPC Greene cluster. There will be hands-on examples on how to use Singularity for research, reproducibility, and python environments.

  • Create and update independent software environments
  • Share containers in dockerhub and singularity hub
  • How to use singularity containers with slurm
