Accessibility Review Request

Before A New Guide Can Be Published...

All new guides need to meet the Libraries' and University's digital accessibility requirements.

  1. Submit an accessibility report for the new guide (Google Form) and indicate which milestones are complete for that guide.
    • Note: complete means that this milestone is done for all the tabs/pages of the guide, including pages in tabbed boxes. You will need to determine which milestones are applicable to the content on your Guide as not all milestones are applicable to every Guide.
  2. Once you complete and submit this form, someone from the UX team will reach out to you to coordinate an accessibility review.
    • Note: Please try to leave a two week turn around!
  3. Make any changes for accessibility based on the UX accessibility review so you can publish your guide.

More information about this can be found on the NYU Libraries' LibGuide Style Manual. Please email lib-ux-group@nyu.edu with any further questions about the review process.

Private Guides Must Also Be Made Accessible.
